Shelf Life:

Frozen 6 months

For best results prepare in a convection oven from thawed state.

 

From Thawed State:

Convection Oven: Bake at 400° for 7-9 minutes.

Combi Oven: Bake at 400° for 7-9 minutes with 0% humidity.

Conveyor Oven: Bake at 465° for 2 minutes and 45 seconds.

 

From Frozen State:

Combi Oven: From frozen state, bake at 400° for 7-9 minutes

with 10% humidity.

 

**Once toppings are added, due to variances in oven regulators,

cooking time and temperature may require adjustments.

Refrigerate or discard unused portions.
